I have been involved in gymnastics since the age of five, reaching county level in my native Essex. Following a move to West Sussex in 2002 I became involved with a local gymnastics club and over the years accumulated qualifications and experience while holding down a “day job” in Marketing.

In 2009 following the birth of my daughter I decided to pursue coaching as my main career and become a “mumpreneur”. I enjoy it more than I had ever imagined.

I still train and compete in Veterans gymnastics competitions and the most rewarding part of my work is sharing my enthusiasm for all things acrobatic with a new generation.
